Experience
Alex qualified as a Dental Surgeon in Greece, before moving to England where he worked for the next four years as an NHS General Dental Practitioner for several dental practices across the North West.
After gaining his MSc qualification in Dental Implantology in 2012, he started working as a Private Dental Practitioner with special interest in Dental Implants.
He currently provides his dental implant professional services at two dental practices in Manchester, delivering a wide range of straightforward, advanced and complex dental implant treatments for his patients.
Alex has supplemented his implantology skills with further training in advanced bone and soft tissue regeneration procedures for dental implants.
TRAINING and BACKGROUND
Alex was an undergraduate at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece where he qualified in 2007.
He undertook his postgraduate training at Manchester University, gaining his MSc in Dental Implantology in 2012.
Alex has undertaken numerous courses, gaining postgraduate certificates in Aesthetic Dentistry, short-term fixed orthodontics appliances (Six Month Smiles) and removable orthodontics (Invisalign Masterclass).

Teamwork
Alex enjoys working closely with his colleagues at the dental practices he’s based at. This enables him to deliver the optimal treatment plan for each of his patients.
He accepts dental implant referrals from practices across Manchester. This includes from The Fold Dentistry, where he works closely with Dr Lance Knight and Dr Claire Sampson and provides dental implant treatment for their patients.
OUTSIDE of WORK
In his personal time, Alex enjoys reading, travelling, hiking, clay pigeon shooting and go karting days.
